Bloomfield Hills Family Law/Divorce Practice

Our family law/divorce practice is one of the premier practices in the state, led by Nazli Sater, partner and chair of the group. Within this practice group and from our Bloomfield Hills office, attorneys Nazli Sater, Roquia Draper and Lucy Araj work with clients in complex family law matters involving divorce, child custody, spousal support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and other relational and family matters. This award-winning team provides thoughtful and reasonable solutions that can make an incredibly difficult situation better with careful guidance.

Our tax law practice is always five steps ahead of law changes and industry trends. Known for keeping clients well-informed during the COVID-19 pandemic and throughout various presidential administration changes, our Tax Law Practice Group steers clients toward innovative and accurate tax strategy. Partner Bill Lentine is leading our Bloomfield Hills office tax law practice, serving clients in tax and trusts and estates matters. He also assists in succession planning, exit strategy, management planning and tax strategy to maximize gains and minimize tax expenses.

Warner is the only large law firm with offices in Wayne, Macomb and Oakland counties. We continue to be committed to Southeast Michigan. This move increases our efficiency and enhances our goal for “A Better Partnership” with our clients – by being where you need us, when you need us.
