Commercial Litigation
- Regularly represents clients defending a wide assortment of felony and misdemeanor criminal charges, ranging from white collar federal crimes such as interstate wire fraud and health care fraud to state-level misdemeanors such as operating while intoxicated.
- Appears regularly in district and circuit courts in Kent, Ottawa, and Berrien counties to represent defendants at all stages of the criminal process.
- Appointed by United States Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan to a three-year term on its Criminal Justice Act panel, thereby defending indigent clients regularly on federal charges in front of every West Michigan federal court judge.
