Josh Reuter is a litigation attorney who focuses primarily on real estate, commercial and tax law disputes. A valued member of Warner’s Litigation Practice Group, Josh provides pre-litigation due diligence, research and writing for a variety of significant litigation matters. He revels in crafting the ideal oral argument and preparing for counterarguments and rebuttals – honing his superlative knack for anticipating any and all possible outcomes.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Kalamazoo College and his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Michigan State College of Law. While in law school, Josh won seven jurisprudence awards in the following: Contracts, Advocacy, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, Pretrial II, Trial I and Trial II. He was also a finalist in the Donald Nystrom Best Brief Competition. His previous experience includes summer associate clerkships for Warner and Cooper &amp; Riesterer PLC. He was also an intern for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office.
