My practice involves not only the litigation of disputes of all types and sizes, but also strategic counseling before a lawsuit is filed. We’re here to resolve disputes for our clients, whether that be before you get to court – ideally before the dispute has fully formed – or during litigation. Most recently, Katelyn played an integral role on Warner’s COVID-19 response team based on significant research she had done on force majeure, commercial impracticability and other legal issues and/or defenses that arise in emergency situations. “Sophisticated strategic counseling, our ability to draft and review contracts to ensure that our clients are protected against all contingencies and our knowledge of the ever-changing legal landscape will continue to be of great value as our clients navigate this new world,” Katelyn explains.
