  • Serves as outside IT counsel for Spectrum Health System, the largest not-for-profit health care system in West Michigan, for all technology-related transactions, including the licensing of its clinical, human resources and informatics systems.
  • Represents the Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN), the state-designated health information exchange (HIE) for Michigan, in licensing software and services with sub-state HIEs and third-party vendors.
