My ultimate goal is to help my clients become successful. To get them there, I guide them in investing the right amount of money in fostering and protecting their intellectual property. I neither underdo nor overdo matters, but rather tailor strategy precisely to the context of a business.

Counseling clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, Bill Dani handles patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret and copyright matters. His clients include individuals, privately held corporations, government-run research laboratories and corporations with sales in the billions. Although most of Bill’s clients are Michigan-based, he also serves organizations with national and international presences.
