Zach focuses his practice on eDiscovery matters. Over nearly ten years, he has worked on a variety of document review projects and provides assistance with quality control and managing contract attorneys. He has also worked on document collection, physical reviews, privilege logs and trial and deposition preparation. Zach also has extensive experience meeting clients’ redaction needs.

Zach Nevensel has worked in a variety of actions in commercial, product liability, employment, shareholder actions, intellectual property/patent, anti-trust litigation and government investigations. He works primarily with Relativity, but has used a variety of eDiscovery platforms.
