Benjamin P. Nimphie, an associate of the Grand Rapids office of Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been appointed to the InterAct of Michigan board of directors.

Nimphie’s three-year term began in May and will end in January 2024. The nonprofit provides a range of mental health and substance abuse services that focus on building hope and wellness for low-income individuals in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. &nbsp; Nimphie concentrates his practice in transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and ESOP-related transactions. Additionally, Nimphie works within the firm’s Government Affairs Practice Group on various policy and political matters. He received a bachelor’s degree in English from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in business administration&nbsp;with high honors&nbsp;from Boston University and a law degree&nbsp;cum laude&nbsp;from Boston University School of Law. &nbsp;
