Michigan is starting to resemble a pre-COVID‑19 time, with fully vaccinated people going mask-less and restrictions being lessened. The governor’s statement about lifting all restrictions on July&nbsp;1, 2021, is a long-anticipated milestone. But is it too early to celebrate? The COVID‑19 Employment Rights Act is a law that was passed during the worst of COVID‑19, and is still intact, protecting employees and their rights to stay home for a variety of COVID‑19 reasons.
