The Health Law Group experts provide experienced representation in health care transactions, including bonds and multi-party joint ventures. Nursing Home Law
We provide legal counsel to numerous Michigan nursing homes, advising them in all areas of corporate planning and regulatory compliance.
Our attorneys provide specialized assistance on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues and comprehensive help with all aspects of corporate compliance, including compliance plan design and implementation.
We have closed numerous nursing home transactions and have extensive experience representing nursing home owners in connection with both the purchase and sale of nursing homes.
Physician Law
Warner serves as legal counsel to hundreds of physicians and physician practices in Michigan and throughout the country, providing advice in practice management issues, concierge medicine, Stark II, HIPAA and patient confidentiality and other regulatory concerns.
We assist with all aspects of compliance planning for physicians and physician groups, including compliance plan design and implementation and negotiations (or litigation) with Medicare and Medicaid agencies regarding civil or criminal investigations.
Our attorneys provide physician practices with quick, practical advice concerning practice hiring and firing issues, employee benefit plans, employee handbooks, immigration, physician recruiting, reporting requirements, non-compete covenants and other labor issues.
